Briggs & Forrester Living are on track for successful delivery at the One Blackfriars project with St. George in London.
One Blackfriars is a 50-storey luxury residential apartment block, centrally located with outstanding views over the city. Situated on the South Bank of the river Thames the 170 metre tower, houses 274 apartments, a 7-storey hotel, residents' spa, car park and podium building that accommodates a number of retail units.
Living’s fit out package for the One Blackfriars tower consists of the design, supply and installation of mechanical, electrical, public health, home entertainment, audio visual, ICT data & telecoms and electronic security services to levels 3 to 45.
Project Manager, Matthew Orme said: “We began on site in April 2016 and are due to complete later this year. Our team has done an excellent job and it’s been an honour to work on such a prestigious project.”
Living apprentice Johanna Dorey has won an award during her time on the project. Being crowned Best Plumber Apprentice at the 2017 Berkeley Group Apprentice Award ceremony in October. The project also won the NHBC Regional Pride in the Job Award for 2017.

Briggs & Forrester Living are due to complete on site in Spring 2019.
