“I would have no hesitation in recommending the Company… The appearance and procedures in place indicate a very professional business.” Following a recent assessment, Briggs and Forrester (MEP) Ltd is now a member of the Considerate Constructors Scheme.

We’re pleased to announce that the Briggs and Forrester Group offices in Northampton have been awarded a Greener Path Award for ‘Zero Waste to Landfill’.

The awards, created by ACM Environmental Champions, celebrate the work that businesses around the UK do to reduce the impact that they have on the environment. They focus on minimising waste, boosting recycling and increasing landfill diversion.  Well done to our employees for their everyday recycling habits, and special mention to our cleaners for all their hard work.

Congratulations to our team at Wandsworth who have been awarded a Health and Safety Award by Galliford Try.

The Wandsworth Riverside Quarter project is a 13 storey tower of apartments and commercial units. The monthly award is based on a variety of criteria including complexity of works, number of operatives and Serious Safety Event Rate. They also selected a stand out operative for their particular focus on H&S – and B&F electrician Elvis Shadrawry was the lucky recipient! We’re not sure if he celebrated with a song though!

Our teams in Bristol and Birmingham supported two local charities last year, Above & Beyond in Bristol, and Birmingham Children’s Hospital. Their fundraising efforts, including Dress Down Friday’s, a Grand Raffle and a weekly football card competition, raised the fantastic total of £1,000 which was split equally between the two charities. Well done everyone!
