Thank you to Andy and the team from Rehau who visited our Northampton Head Office yesterday.

Briggs and Forrester have worked with the company on a wide variety of projects over many years. It was a great chance for our employees from across the business to learn more about the extensive range of heating, cooling and ground source solutions that they produce.

It was a chilly but challenging football competition recently amongst the Briggs and Forrester Engineering Services Division in Northampton. Victory was sweet for the ‘Upstairs’ team with a 21-6 win over the ‘Downstairs’ team!

Congratulations to our division Low Energy Consultancy (LEC) which celebrates its 5th birthday this month!

Since 2011, construction and infrastructure has become more focused on environmental issues, policies and procedures, so the company has developed its expertise and knowledge. The company has grown too, with team members in offices in Birmingham and London, as well as Head Office in Northampton.

As the Briggs and Forrester Group looks towards its 70th year in 2017, we know that an exciting future lies ahead for all!

New Providence Tower, London

Briggs and Forrester MEP are delighted to have received an invite from Balfour Beatty to attend an awards ceremony on 11th January 2016 at the New Providence Tower project in recognition of the project having achieved 1,000,000 man hours RIDDOR free. The invitation recognises the contribution that the B&F team have made, together with Balfour Beatty and others in the supply chain, in achieving this fantastic milestone.

ESOS - the Energy Saving Opportunity Scheme - is a set reporting requirement under European laws for businesses within the UK.
Controlled and monitored by the Environment Agency, ESOS affects all businesses with over 250 employees or an annual turnover of 50million Euros and a balance sheet of 43million Euros. The scheme means-investigates how much energy is used for that business for Transport, Process and Buildings, broken down into kW and Tonnes of CO2 per capita.
