Torrential rain didn’t put visitors off at a recent careers fair at Northampton College; over 1,000 students attended and many of them visisted the Briggs & Forrester stand.
Events like this are a perfect way for our team to chat with students about the exciting opportunities and career potential with Briggs & Forrester. Congratulations to plumber Jamie Hoare, who has been presented with a monthly health & safety award from Brookfield Multiplex while working on the 98 Fetter Lane project in London. Rich Jeffs from Brookfield Multiplex said, “This is a testament to Jamie who has been great for us on site from the very start, always having a positive attitude, good work ethic and polite manner that has been noticed by all of the project team.” Great job Jamie!
Nearly 300 guests from over 120 of Briggs and Forrester’s supply chain companies enjoyed the opportunity to network and socialise at our 10th annual Supply Chain Event, held recently at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole hotel.

The aim of the Scheme is to improve the image of the construction industry by monitoring, suggesting areas where improvements could be made and recognising achievers. Briggs & Forrester Engineering Services Ltd has been awarded the contract to design and deliver the mechanical and electrical installation for Cranfield University Aerospace Integration Research Centre project, Bedfordshire. The project has an M&E value of £2.75m and will be delivered with R G Carter.
Briggs and Forrester Engineering Services Ltd is pleased to announce that it has secured the contract to provide the installation and commission of various mechanical, electrical and public health systems at Rocester School, Staffordshire. Briggs & Forrester Engineering Services Ltd will work alongside Seddon to deliver the project.
The facility brings together two existing schools, Dove First School and Ryecroft Middle School, under one roof in a new energy-efficient facility. The two schools will share the building, but will remain separate.
