We are currently looking to appoint an electrical estimator to join our newly formed Housing division. The successful candidate must have specific knowledge and experience of working within the new build housing industry and or the wider residential market. Responsibilities for reviewing tender enquiries, estimating and preparing electrical bids in-line with strict delivery deadlines. Sending out enquiries to suppliers and sub-contractors, understanding of specifications and drawings, Must be competent with estimating software (training will be provided) and computer literate.
