We are looking for a Secretary/Receptionist/Administrator to support our London office and our London senior managers. You will report to the Business Development Manager and Operation Managers, supporting their day to day business activities and outputs. The role includes the production and publishing of bid documents; typing reports and maintaining records; receiving, printing, checking and distribution of post and other communications; telephone contact with clients and internal colleagues; managing diary commitments for senior staff and a range of other general administrative tasks.
