To perform general administrative duties for the procurement department, focusing on the reconciliation of delivery notes on the procurement software system (CyberQube).
Duties include: Organizing delivery notes and reconciling, Resolving invoice queries, Maintaining records and filing systems, Compiling weekly procurement reports, Photocopying/scanning documents, Ordering stationery, Sorting and opening post, Answering general queries by telephone or e-mail, Undertaking any other tasks/duties as may be reasonably required.
