We wish to appoint a Bid Manger to join our South East region estimating team. As Bid Manager you will lead and be actively involved in the bidding of mechanical, electrical and public health systems for Commercial, Education, Pharmaceutical, Health & Industrial project sectors valued from £2m+ using a variety of procurement routes including Design & Build, traditional single stage, 2 stage, negotiated and competitive open dialogue. The role will require the individual to lead the function of producing pre-qualification documents, targeting early work winning opportunities, analysis of tender opportunities, devising winning strategies for tenders and managing the tender process from start to finish working closely with the estimating, project management, planning and design teams to produce winning bids. As an individual, the ideal candidate will be a strong self-starter with excellent communication skills, both internally and externally, possess a minimum of 10 years’ experience in an estimating role, commercially astute with the gravitas to lead a bid team, work at a senior level and be able to work alone & with others as required.
Based in the Northampton office, however the candidate will be required to travel on occasions and therefore a full driving licence is essential.

We wish to appoint a Mechanical Estimator to enable further growth of our highly successful team, which would suit either an Estimator or Senior Estimator. The candidate will be responsible for the production of detailed tender bids, cost plans, attending mid and post tender meetings and post tender control. You will be expected to interface with both our existing and prospective new clients. This position will involve the day-to-day management of the tender process to ensure standards are maintained and deadlines are met.
We are looking for an Electrical Testing & Commissioning Manager to strengthen our in-house testing and commissioning team in Bristol and the South West. The role will primarily be to ensure compliance with NICEIC requirements and issue and collate the relevant certification. The position will have early involvement in projects, carrying out design commissionability reviews. You will then continue with allocated projects to assist project teams with commissioning management and technical support, through to project completion for all electrical systems.
