We are looking for a mechanically biased Commissioning Manager to strengthen our in-house testing and commissioning team in Bristol and the South West. The position will have early involvement in projects, carrying out design commissionability reviews. You will then continue with allocated projects to support project teams with commissioning management, through to project completion. You will need a broad knowledge of the industry and will have experience across a variety of sectors including health, education, commercial and industrial. Whilst the role is mechanically biased you will need to have basic understanding of both electrical and public health systems. This is a permanent position with further prospects for development.

Reports To: 
Senior Commissioning Manager
We are looking for someone with a minimum of 10 years’ experience within the building services industry. Ideally you will come from an HVAC commissioning background.
The ideal team member will have good technical understanding of HVAC designs for both ventilation and hydronic systems. You’ll have planning and programming skills, together with good computer literacy. You can work effectively with all levels of staff and your strong management skills will be invaluable in taking a leading role in commissioning meetings. You work well alone and as part of a team, are able to resolve issues and take a proactive approach to ensuring customer satisfaction.

We wish to appoint an Electrical Estimator to join our regional northern bid team to enable further growth of our highly successful team. The candidate will be responsible for the production of detailed tender bids, cost plans, attending mid and post tender meetings and post tender control. You will be expected to interface with both our existing and prospective new clients. You will report to the Business Development Manager and Operation Managers, supporting their day to day business activities and outputs. The role includes the production and publishing of bid documents; typing reports and maintaining records; receiving, printing, checking and distribution of post and other communications; telephone contact with clients and internal colleagues; managing diary commitments for senior staff and a range of other general administrative tasks.
We are looking for a Mechanical Site Supervisor to manage site delivery teams including sub-contractors. Duties will include liaison with the Project Manager and main contractor, attendance at meetings when required, material requisition, health and safety, co-ordination, documentation, records and QA.
