Mechanical Site Supervisor

We are looking for a Mechanical Site Supervisor to manage site delivery teams including sub-contractors. Duties will include liaison with the Project Manager and main contractor, attendance at meetings when required, material requisition, health and safety, co-ordination, documentation, records and QA.
Northampton office but site locations vary
Reports To: 
Project Manager/Associate Contracts Director
Previous experience as a supervisor is preferred with relevant qualifications including SMSTS or SSSTS, First Aid, CSCS Card, Asbestos Awareness.
We are looking for an organised, methodical person with good leadership and communication skills. You need to be able to relay information to site operatives, sub-contractors and clients.

We wish to appoint an Electrical Estimator to join our regional northern bid team to enable further growth of our highly successful team. The candidate will be responsible for the production of detailed tender bids, cost plans, attending mid and post tender meetings and post tender control. You will be expected to interface with both our existing and prospective new clients. This position will involve the day-to-day management of the tender process to ensure standards are maintained and deadlines are met.
Due to business growth we are looking to employ additional Electrical Site Staff. We are considering applications for Apprentices, Improvers, Qualified Electricians, Electrical Site Supervisors or Site Managers.
We’re looking for an Assistant Electrical Estimator to join the estimating department in our Special Projects business. This is a great opportunity to receive mentoring by one of our experienced estimators who will guide you through the estimating process and evaluate your skills and where your focus lies. We’ll support you in working towards managing your own quotations from start to completion. In time you’ll have the opportunity to secure your own projects, where you’ll be expected to liaise directly with the client and our contracts team.
Each year we take on a number of trainees to work within the specialist building services industry.
