Role: 
We are looking for a Secretary/Receptionist/Administrator to support our London office and our London senior managers. You will report to the Business Development Manager and Operation Managers, supporting their day to day business activities and outputs. The role includes the production and publishing of bid documents; typing reports and maintaining records; receiving, printing, checking and distribution of post and other communications; telephone contact with clients and internal colleagues; managing diary commitments for senior staff and a range of other general administrative tasks.

Qualifications: 
Ideally you will have a minimum of two years' experience in a similar secretarial or administrative role. Whilst formal qualifications are not essential, you will be required to demonstrate a relevant track record. Knowledge and experience of the construction industry would be an advantage. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and InDesign software is essential.
Attributes/Skills: 
We are looking for a warm and professional person, an excellent communicator with a pleasant telephone manner. You will be the first point of contact for our visitors from across the construction and building industry and will also need to be responsive to the requirements of our company employees. As a friendly and diligent individual you're flexible and willing to assist across a wide range of tasks. You'll have a strong eye for detail, excellent grammar and a creative flair. In our busy office you'll be able to effectively manage workload, prioritise tasks and work to deadlines, with occasional additional working hours as required.

The position will have early involvement in projects, carrying out design commissionability reviews. You will then continue with allocated projects to support project teams with commissioning management, through to project completion. You will need a broad knowledge of the industry and will have experience across a variety of sectors including health, education, commercial and industrial.
