To perform general administrative duties for the procurement department, focusing on the reconciliation of delivery notes on the procurement software system (CyberQube). Duties include: Organizing delivery notes and reconciling, Resolving invoice queries, Maintaining records and filing systems, Compiling weekly procurement reports, Photocopying/scanning documents, Ordering stationery, Sorting and opening post, Answering general queries by telephone or e-mail, Undertaking any other tasks/duties as may be reasonably required.

Key Skills: Numerical skills, Excellent accuracy and attention to detail, IT skills including experience of using MS Office software, Administrative skills. Previous experience in an accounts/procurement environment desired but not essential as training will be provided
38.5 hours per week, Monday – Thursday 8.30-5.00 Friday 8.30-4.00. Salary is currently negotiable. Pension & Health Care Scheme
