To perform general administrative duties for the Production department, including Data input into Project Cost Plans to gauge project progress and operative productivity, Reporting on labour numbers across the B&F Living projects, Training matrix records and course booking requests to ensure no essential certification lapses, Corporate clothing orders, Employee holiday records and Labour Evaluation database. Processing/recording Company mobile phone & fuel bills. Answering general queries by telephone or e.mail. Undertaking any other duties as may be reasonably required.
Northampton Head Office
Numerical skills. Attention to detail. IT skills including experience of using MS Office Software with emphasis on the use of Excel Spreadsheets, General Administrative skills. Training will be provided.
