To perform general administrative duties for the Production department, including Data input into Project Cost Plans to gauge project progress and operative productivity, Reporting on labour numbers across the B&F Living projects, Training matrix records and course booking requests to ensure no essential certification lapses, Corporate clothing orders, Employee holiday records and Labour Evaluation database. Processing/recording Company mobile phone & fuel bills. Answering general queries by telephone or email. Undertaking any other duties as may be reasonably required.

Key Skills: Numerical skills. Attention to detail. IT skills including experience of using MS Office Software with emphasis on the use of Excel Spreadsheets, General Administrative skills. Training will be provided.

The candidate will be responsible for the production of detailed tender bids, cost plans, attending mid and post tender meetings and post tender control. You will be expected to interface with both our existing and prospective new clients. This position will involve the day-to-day management of the tender process to ensure standards are maintained and deadlines are met.
We’re looking for an Assistant Electrical Estimator to join the estimating department in our Special Projects business. This is a great opportunity to receive mentoring by one of our experienced estimators who will guide you through the estimating process and evaluate your skills and where your focus lies. We’ll support you in working towards managing your own quotations from start to completion. In time you’ll have the opportunity to secure your own projects, where you’ll be expected to liaise directly with the client and our contracts team.
