Briggs and Forrester Engineering Services awarded MEP services contract on 65 Davies Street, London

Briggs and Forrester Engineering Services have recently been awarded the MEP package from Multiplex Construction for the 65 Davies Street project in London, which was designed by PLP Architecture.

The new build Cat A commercial building will be constructed over the Elizabeth Line Bond Street station providing 65,500 sq. ft. of office and reception space over 7 levels with two additional levels of basement plantrooms, a mezzanine plant level and a roof top plant area with solar thermal and PV system.

Engineering Services have been appointed to undertake the supply and installation of MEP services for the shell & core and Cat A level fit-out. The scope of works includes LV distribution, life safety generator, small power & lighting, fire alarm, rainwater (inc harvesting), AGD, BCWS, HWS, LTHW & CHW distribution, ventilation, stair pressurisation system & BMS controls.

The project, which is due to commence on site in April 2022, is being developed by Grosvenor and has been designed to respect the traditional architecture of the neighbouring Mayfair buildings. Completion of the project is expected in July 2023.
