Briggs and Forrester Living achieve practical completion on The Robinson, Wembley Park

Briggs and Forrester Living have now reached practical completion on The Robinson development in Wembley Park. Well done to all the B&F team members involved, our sub-contractors and supply chain who assisted in delivering this project, the hard work and dedication to the project really shows in the final result. We would like to thank the Principal Contractor John Sisk & Son for the success of this project as it has been a great pleasure delivering it alongside them.

John Sisk & Son’s Regional Director said:

*Enormous credit is due to the Briggs and Forrester Living team for delivering this very unique project together with Sisk for our client Quintain at Wembley Park. We are absolutely delighted with the quality of the finished product and so are the end users who are now starting to enjoy this new vibrant living space. Huge credit is especially due to the site production team considering the last quarter of this project was delivered during a global pandemic.

The Briggs & Forrester team worked with Sisk in this difficult period to keep our project going safely, reacting quickly to implement the latest guidance which at the time seemed to change daily. Together we protected our workforce and still managed to complete each sectional completion on time to the highest quality standards which is testament to the Briggs & Forrester team and their wider supply chain. We are looking forward to continuing to work together on future projects.”

Briggs and Forrester Living were contracted to carry out the mechanical, electrical and public health works to the shell & core and fit-out areas of this residential project. The Robinson development includes 458 private rental apartments across 3 separate blocks, a coach park for Wembley stadium, further car parks, and podium gardens. Apartments, lounges and lobby areas feature exposed ceilings with services on show which is a real highlight of this, quirky, vibrant, one-of-a kind development. The project is part of Quintain’s Wembley Park redevelopment scheme for an 85 acre area surrounding Wembley Stadium in London.
