Briggs & Forrester Living Secure MEPH package for Greenwich Millennium Village Phase 7

Contracted by Bennett Management Contractors, we are pleased to announce we have secured the full MEPH package for plots 202 and 203 of Greenwich Millennium Village. This includes design and build of the mechanical, electrical and public health, shell & core and fit-out works with site commencement in the 1st quarter of 2022 over a 75 week contract period.

This phase of works includes 2 new build blocks comprising of 241 residential units with a mix of private, social rent and shared ownership apartments. On the ground floor are plant areas, a bike store and car park. Other areas of the blocks include a community centre, café and nursery.

The overall development is located in North Greenwich on the Greenwich Peninsula and is a joint venture between Countryside and Taylor Wimpey, in association with the Mayor of London. It will create a range of up to 3600 high quality and innovative homes that can facilitate a more sustainable lifestyle.
