Briggs & Forrester Building Services Maintenance secure One Centenary Way maintenance contract

Briggs & Forrester Building Services Maintenance (BSM) has secured the maintenance contract at One Centenary Way, Birmingham with Avison Young.

This 13-storey commercial office block is the standout building within the new Paradise project development in the heart of Birmingham.

Following the completion of the installation project by Briggs & Forrester Engineering Services, BSM entered into a 12-month planned preventative maintenance contract with reactive services. The contract ensures that the entirety of the building’s MEP building services are well maintained by a full-time static engineer on-site, supported by our network of mobile engineers and trusted supplier partners.
