Briggs & Forrester Engineering Services awarded University of Bristol School of Dentistry

Briggs & Forrester Engineering Services have successfully secured the £10m MEP services package with Kier Construction for the University of Bristol.

Engineering Services will be responsible for the delivery and installation of the building services to 1 Trinity Quay which used to be the old NatWest building and will become the School of Dentistry for the University.

The 7,300sqm building over 6 levels will undergo a major transformation which will see the internal strip out of all floor plates to enable the building to be fitted out with a range of dental clinics, prosthetics and dental production laboratories, teaching and study spaces, staff offices and social areas to create a new home for the dental school.

The project will create over one hundred individual training bays with specialist dentistry training equipment, increasing the number of available student places, as well as a Clinical Skills Training Laboratory.
