Briggs & Forrester Group to deliver full package on The Junction, Monk Bridge

Briggs & Forrester Building Services Maintenance have secured the 12-month maintenance contract on new build to rent residential development The Junction, Monk Bridge in Leeds.

The contract will provide a static engineer to the scheme for Client Native Residential having previously worked with them on our wider portfolio.

The planned preventative maintenance contract, which commences in March 2023, will cover all the mechanical, electrical and public health installations for 665 apartments over 5 blocks ranging up to 21 storeys in height, along with landlord and common areas.

The project is currently being delivered by Main Contractor Galliford Try with Briggs & Forrester Living completing the building services installation and commissioning package.
