Briggs & Forrester Living announce project win for Northminster development in Peterborough

Briggs & Forrester Living are delighted to announce their recent appointment to the design & build M&E services contract for the Northminster development in Peterborough. 

The 70-million-pound development is being led by Main Contractors Willmott Dixon, acting on behalf of the site Owner & Developer Cross Keys Homes.

The project consists of the construction of 2no new build blocks with a combination of 315 one, two and three bedroom apartments, which includes 37 duplex town houses at ground and first floor levels.

The scheme has views overlooking the nearby Peterborough City Cathedral, from a number of communal and private terraces located throughout the building. At ground level will be a small external car park, various landscaped areas, back of house elements including refuse stores, cycle stores and plantroom areas, and various spaces for leisure, hospitality, and commercial use.

Briggs & Forrester are due to commence works on site in the first quarter of 2023 with completion programmed for mid-2024, totalling a 64-week project duration.
