Briggs & Forrester Living complete Cashmere Wharf project

Briggs & Forrester Living are pleased to announce completion of all contracted works to Cashmere Wharf, a magnificent 26 storey building of the London Dock development by St George.

Our contracted works included the complete MEPH package of shell & core and fit out works to 141 apartments and 1 retail space. Elements of our package included smoke ventilation, switchgear, access control, boosters and chillers. Across this project we utilised over 16,000 metres of copper and 140,000 metres of twin and earth cable.

As well as their high specification apartments, residents of the building enjoy access to outstanding facilities including private garden, screening room, spa, fully equipped gym, squash court, virtual golf suite, 24hr concierge and residents’ lounge. It has been a pleasure working alongside St George and other associated teams to successfully complete this residential build.
