Briggs & Forrester Living Housing Secures Kingswood Park, Cambridgeshire

Our housing division have successfully secured plumbing and electrical works to 24 plots on a new shared ownership scheme located in March Market Town, Cambridgeshire.

Contracted to Taylor French, who are undertaking the development for Sanctuary Housing Group, we are pleased to have immediate commencement on site.

We have also been undertaking works for Taylor French on their Welford Road development in Northampton, so the repeat business is a reflection of our ongoing relationship.

Briggs and Forrester Living Housing was formed in 2018 with a geographical 50 mile radius of projects to undertake. Securing this project means that this area of the business is now expanding to incorporate further projects outside of our initial coverage.
