Briggs & Forrester secure project on the Cambridge Biomedical Campus

Briggs & Forrester Engineering Services working in collaboration with SDC have been selected to undertake the Mechanical, Electrical & Public Health (MEP) works on the 1000 Discovery Drive project, located on phase 2 of the Cambridge Biomedical Campus.

The project consists of the shell and core services to a new 5 storey building housing laboratory and office space, which includes public workspace and a public café. The building will offer office and laboratory space intended to be multi let to encourage a creative working environment for industry start-ups, university spin-outs and healthcare entrepreneurs.

The MEP works are due to commence early next year, with completion due third quarter 2023. Briggs & Forrester will provide the supply and installation of the full MEP services which includes the installation of the roof mounted plant serving the building.
