Briggs & Forrester Special Projects complete office conversion for West Hertfordshire Hospital Trust

In the role of Principal Contractor, Briggs & Forrester Special Projects have completed the Trade City Unit 11 project in Watford for Client West Hertfordshire Hospital Trust.

Working closely with consultants GSCI, Special Projects have transformed an existing 5,634 sqft industrial warehouse unit into a high quality two storey commercial building providing modern open plan office space along with a reception area and kitchen and toilet facilities.

Briggs & Forrester provided all the structural and building works on the project along with the mechanical, electrical and public health services and the high quality internal fit out.

Building services works included the strip back of existing gas supply and pipework, install of electrically driven heat pumps to provide space heating and cooling together with hot water along with the install of VRV air conditioning and electric radiators, AHU ventilation system, BMS, LV mains distribution, lighting and fire alarms system.
