Briggs & Forrester Special Projects successfully deliver One Babmaes Street project

The One Babmaes Street project in London delivered by Briggs & Forrester Special Projects has achieved practical completion.

The project for Blenheim House Construction Ltd included the refurbishment of an existing building from the lower ground to 4^th floor along with a 5^th floor roof terrace and external plant area providing the mechanical, electrical and public health services.

Located in the heart of historic St James’ the property has been refurbished to provide a best in class workspace with modern spacious floorplates, exceptional features and finishes and a stunning communal roof terrace.

The successful partnership with Blenheim House Construction Ltd is further continued with the award of the Holbein Gardens project which is being constructed within the UKGBC framework.
