The Role

Due to our continued growth, an opportunity has arisen to expand our HSE team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dedicated and committed HSE team within the building services engineering industry. Reporting directly to the Group Regional Health & Safety Manager, you will be required to provide HSE support to multiple sites across the London Region including but not limited to travel within the M25 Region.

You will be responsible for :

  • Carrying out fortnightly Site Inspections and Site Support Visits,
  • Providing technical & HSE support to Site Management Teams
  • Undertaking targeted checks to ensure continual improvement
  • Attending monthly / quarterly meetings
  • Supporting Client HSE representatives as necessary
  • Finding practical solutions to issues that arise on site.
  • Interacting with Site Management and subcontractor teams and building trust & solid working relationships
  • Incident and accident investigation when required
  • Delivering In house training for operatives and management teams. Additional training can be provided as required.

  • UK Based Construction / House Building & M&E Maintenance experience.
  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate – Minimum Requirement
  • NEBOSH / IEMA Environmental Qualification (desirable)
  • 5+ years’ experience in a similar role (desirable)
  • A current and valid CSCS / ECS / JIB card
  • PASMA – IPAF licences (desirable)
  • Available Immediately
  • UK Driving Licence
