With a huge £90m development in progress, the Liverpool waterfront area is soon set to be benefiting from a new 34-storey build-to-rent residential tower.
This development is part of the Peel L&P’s £5.5b Liverpool Waters regeneration masterplan, to which The Lexington is set to raise the bar and transform Liverpool’s rental market.
Moda Living’s ‘The Lexington’ takes inspiration from the city’s maritime history and links to New York. Towering over the docks, the building will provide best-in-class living facilities and amenities to residents.
The Lexington will feature 325 apartments ranging from studios to one, two and three beds with penthouse accommodation on the upper levels. Other premium features include garden spaces, a fitness studio and a residents’ amenity space on Level 17.
Working in collaboration with BCEGI UK, Moda Living and Peel L&P, the Briggs and Forrester Living team are delivering the building services over a 22 month contract period, which consist of design, supply, installation and commissioning of the mechanical, electrical and public health infrastructure and fit-out services to all apartments and residential areas.
The project is planned for completion in summer 2021.
