Awarded by Sisk, Briggs and Forrester’s Living team will commence the building services works contract on the latest phase of Quintain’s Wembley Park development. This will include the shell & core and fit out of mechanical, electrical and public health works within E05.
This is part of Quintain’s ongoing 85-acre Wembley Park project, from a heavily car-park and industrial warehouse dominated site into a new pedestrian-friendly, mixed-use development which will provide space for education, retail, leisure uses, 633,000 sq ft of Grade A office space, public realm improvements and 8,000 homes. Once complete, Wembley Park will become the largest single site of Build to Rent homes in the UK, all managed by Tipi, Quintain’s wholly-owned lifestyle focussed rental brand.
The E05 development will be home to three tower blocks comprising 458 private rental apartments. These will range between 10 and 21 storeys high, providing a landmark entrance to Wembley Park from the east. Located within close proximity of Wembley Stadium, the development also benefits from features including basement bicycle and car parking, coach parking at ground level and two levels of accessible stadium parking as well as 7,755 sqm of outdoor amenities.
Works are planned for completion in spring 2021.
