Briggs & Forrester Special Projects are proud to announce that they have now completed the works to a new teaching block for the modern primary and secondary phase school, Kettering Science Academy.
The new state-of-the-art, three storey building consists of 16 classrooms, dining room, common room, library and ICT facilities. The addition of this building has enabled a rise in pupil numbers, adding approximately 300 new student places with an extra 60 pupils per age group.
Working in collaboration with Willmott Dixon, Special Projects were responsible for delivering the mechanical, electrical and public health works for the project which included sanitary ware, heating, BMS system, lightning protection, fire detection and access control.
The new building will enable students to get a fantastic education with great facilities that enhance their overall learning experience.
