Briggs & Forrester Engineering Services have achieved practical completion on Infineum’s Global Centre of Innovation in Oxford. The grand opening day took place on Friday 8th November, which was hosted by Infineum’s Global CEO, who congratulated the teams who were involved in the project, praising the successful delivery and most importantly the safe delivery of their new facility.
The new Global Centre of Innovation will provide the necessary infrastructure to support Infineum’s technology leadership to enable improved innovation, within the new state of the art building. The dynamic space includes laboratories, offices, meeting rooms and collaborative spaces together with full commercial kitchen and dining areas, plant rooms and plant decks.
The project team from Infineum said: "We at Infineum are extremely proud of our new global Centre of Innovation, which is a state of the art new building encompassing new laboratories for research and development . Briggs & Forrester adopted a highly collaborative approach in managing the M&E design and build to incorporate a broad set of requirements delivering the project safely with zero incident . We have received universal enthusiastic praise from all our colleagues about the high quality of the finishes and how well the finished building meets all the project deliverables."
