Briggs & Forrester Living have successfully completed the MEP contract on phase 2 of the Middlewood Locks development in Salford, working in collaboration with BCEGI, and Scarborough Groups professional team of Gardiner & Theobald, Buro Happold and JMA Architects. As a residential MEP specialist, we delivered the mechanical, electrical and public health services to the four Blocks G1/G2 and H1/H2 which contain 546 one, two and three bed apartments across the four 9 and 10 storey blocks, including ground floor car parking and landscaped external podium spaces.
The £1bn residential project Middlewood Locks promises an environment in which residents can live, work and relax. The vibrant mixed use development will provide 2,215 new homes and 900,000 sq. ft. of commercial development space including offices, hotel, shops, restaurants, a convenience store and gym.
