Briggs & Forrester Special Project have recently completed the mechanical, electrical and public health design and installations on a new 5 storey car storage facility in Purfleet for Huber Car Park Systems UK Ltd.
The new car storage facility provides in excess of 8,000 spaces over 5 floors. Situated in a shipping terminal adjacent to the River Thames, the car parking spaces will be used to store newly imported vehicles before they are distributed to main dealerships throughout the country.
The services included fire & refuge alarm, lighting, emergency lighting, lighting controls, lightning protection, smoke extract, LV distribution, data, ICT, below ground ducting, containment, small power, ventilation, domestic hot & cold water, above ground drainage.
