Plot 7 of Perry Barr development successfully completed by Briggs & Forrester Living

Briggs & Forrester Living have successfully completed the mechanical, electrical and public health works for the shell and core and fit out of Plot 7 of the Perry Barr residential development in collaboration with Vinci Construction.

The development located in Birmingham consists of 6 new buildings ranging in height up to 15 storeys and housing a total of 270 one and two bedroom apartments. It forms part of the larger scheme which will provide a total of over 968 new homes including apartments and assisted living apartments.

The buildings are arranged around an enclosed communal podium garden for residents with a forecourt with retail and amenities linking to the redeveloped Perry Barr rail station.
