Project Completion on Victoria Square for Briggs & Forrester Living

Contracted by Sir Robert McAlpine, Briggs and Forrester Living have successfully achieved project completion on Victoria Square in Woking. This project is formulated as a new build extension to Woking’s town centre and incorporates 2 residential blocks, a central hotel block and various commercial units.

The apartment blocks, also known as The Marches, reach 30 and 34 storeys in height and include a mix of 429 residential units with all being rental tenure and pet friendly. The new extended retail areas, including a Boots store and M&S, opened to the public in March 2022.

Our contracted works included mechanical and electrical shell & core and fit out works to the 2no residential blocks and the various commercial units.

The project is part of a multi-million-pound regeneration scheme and a joint venture between Woking Borough Council and Moyallen Developments.
