Project Violet completed by Briggs & Forrester Engineering Services

Briggs & Forrester Engineering Services have successfully handed over Project Violet based in Daresbury for Willmott Dixon.

Engineering Services provided the full design and installation of the MEP package for the £2.8m scheme which offers 42,000 sqft of CAT A office and innovation space over three newly built 3 storey buildings.

Each building provides flexible office, science and research accommodation with a central core area housing WC’s, central tenant and landlord service risers, showers and changing facilities and a cycle storage and car parking area.
