The brief

Briggs & Forrester Living delivered the mechanical shell and core and fit out works for this mixed use development providing 289 apartments over multiple blocks including a 42 storey tower.

A new mixed use development located in Islington providing 289 private apartments and 149 shared / rental units across two stunning 42 and 36 storey towers and 6 smaller buildings. The regeneration development also includes a190 bedroom hotel, 75,000 sq ft of office space, 40,000 sq ft of retail space with shops, bars and restaurants, a 23,000 sqft data centre and a creche.

In addition Briggs & Forrester Building Service Maintenance provide a mobile and reactive team to undertake all aspects of planned, reactive and statutory compliance maintenance, including the management and control of all associated specialist subcontractors. Maintained services include air conditioning units, cold water storage tanks, pressurisation unit, BMS infrastructure, dosing pot, thermal store CHW buffer vessels, CHW water pumps and gas fired boilers.

What we did for this project...

We have a fully integrated design and build capability across the group, including 3D coordination and Building Information Modelling. By developing the design and being fully involved in the early stages of a project, we can provide timely design solutions and verification.
