A high rise, 35 floor new build to which Briggs & Forrester were contracted to complete shell & core and fit out elements for the mechanical, electrical and public health works.
The scheme houses 466 studio, 1, 2 & 3 bed apartments, 24 hour concierge, 5 commercial units, two levels of basement car parks, cycle stores, bin stores and plant rooms. One unique feature of the building is the sports pitch located on the upper levels of the building.
We have a fully integrated design and build capability across the group, including 3D coordination and Building Information Modelling. By developing the design and being fully involved in the early stages of a project, we can provide timely design solutions and verification.
