The brief

A new build 215,000 sq ft office commercial building located in Nine Elms. This building overlooks the new US and Dutch embassies, the linear park that will run through Nine Elms from Vauxhall to Battersea Power station.

Installation of MEP services include LTHW, CHW, ventilation, domestic CWS & HWS, sprinklers, smoke ventilation, BMS systems, gas to boilers, fix only of sanitaryware, above ground drainage, rainwater drainage, main LV switchgear & distribution boards, rising busbars, lighting & power, fire alarm, disabled toilet & refuge alarms, lightning protection, intercoms & induction to reception desks.

What we did for this project...

We have a fully integrated design and build capability across the group, including 3D coordination and Building Information Modelling. By developing the design and being fully involved in the early stages of a project, we can provide timely design solutions and verification.

The group provides a range of specialist skills encompassing engineering, design, installation, and maintenance. The combined experience, knowledge and expertise of all five divisions enables the group to develop and implement fully-integrated solutions for some of the most complex and demanding mechanical, electrical and public health engineering installations.
