The construction of a new ‘through school’ from nursery to sixth form with a capacity for 1,646 pupils with associated playground and sports areas, hard and soft landscaping and planting, service areas, cycle and car parking provision.
MEP services for this project include sanitaryware, internal rainwater, foul drainage, MCWS, BCWS, Cat 5, HWS, natural gas, dry risers, LTHW heating, air conditioning, ventilation, smoke vent, BMS controls, LV switchgear, mains distribution, PV, small power, lighting, access control, CCTV, fire, data, intruder alarm, lightning protection, disabled toilet/refuge alarm, induction loops.

The safety team were very good at identifying items and issues. Overall the installation mechanically and electrically was very good. In-house commissioning team were very proactive in assisting with the electrical testing issues.
What we did for this project...
We have a fully integrated design and build capability across the group, including 3D coordination and Building Information Modelling. By developing the design and being fully involved in the early stages of a project, we can provide timely design solutions and verification.
The group provides a range of specialist skills encompassing engineering, design, installation, and maintenance. The combined experience, knowledge and expertise of all five divisions enables the group to develop and implement fully-integrated solutions for some of the most complex and demanding mechanical, electrical and public health engineering installations.
We guarantee a smooth handover transition with the project team remaining the main point of contact, the development of commissioning and training plan and regular visits from our team in the months after practical completion.
