The brief
Installation of mechanical, electrical and public health services at a new development which forms part of the Mixed Use Scheme Model of Excellence for Sports provision in London.
The leisure centre features a 170-station fitness suite (equipped by Technogym), a four-court sports hall with 100 spectator seats, two squash courts, a climbing wall, two multi-purpose exercise studios and a café with indoor and outdoor seating. The pool area features a 25m, eight lane competition swimming pool with 200 spectator seats and a teaching pool with a moveable floor.
Services included ventilation, alarms and security, air conditioning, heating, public health services, BMS, power, lighting, lightning protection, fire alarms and security.

What we did for this project...
We have a fully integrated design and build capability across the group, including 3D coordination and Building Information Modelling. By developing the design and being fully involved in the early stages of a project, we can provide timely design solutions and verification.
