Briggs & Forrester BSM work closely with Wincanton to provide maintenance services to a number of different warehouse and distribution centres across the UK. Wincanton provide warehouses to multiple retailers and organisations, to then deliver goods to stores or direct to customers across the country.

Briggs & Forrester BSM provide a mobile and reactive team across the 12 sites to undertake all aspects of planned, reactive and statutory compliance maintenance, including the management and control of all associated specialist subcontractors. Each site has its own contract that suits their specific needs and managed from their local BSM office, but also tracked centrally using the bespoke CAFM system.
