Special Projects secures place on the Mechanical Contractors framework for the University of Oxford

Briggs & Forrester Special Projects are delighted to announce their appointment on the Mechanical Contractors framework for the University of Oxford.

The framework, which will see Special Projects act as Principal Contractor on mechanical services projects, will run over a three year period until 2025 with an option of a two year extension. With an estimated value of £10m spend over the 3 years to maintain some of the universities 350 buildings including Grade I listed properties to modern facilities and workspaces, works will include the replacement and upgrades of equipment including chiller plant, air conditioning, boilers and AHU’s, heat pumps, domestic water and cooling systems and gas and ventilation systems.
