In the past 5 years we have undertaken works to over 6900 residential apartments, 1400 student beds and 800 hotel rooms. We also have a specialist division called Briggs & Forrester Living Housing that focuses solely on plumbing, heating and electrical contracts for new build housing plots and offers additional related services for new homeowners.

Our sole focus on this sector has seen us establish ourselves as a market leading specialist with in-house design capabilities to ensure the optimum systems are provided to the highest of standards.

With collective knowledge of the building services industry, Briggs & Forrester Living has experience of energy-led projects on a wide variety of projects in the residential sector. We work closely within appointed design teams to provide advice on low energy, high-performance residential buildings and systems.

We have a fully integrated design and build capability including 3D coordination and Building Information Modelling. By developing the design and being fully involved in the early stages of a project, we can provide timely design solutions and verification.

Briggs & Forrester Living provides a range of specialist skills encompassing engineering, design and installation. The combined experience, knowledge and expertise allows us to develop and implement fully-integrated solutions for some of the most complex and demanding mechanical, electrical and public health engineering installations.

We guarantee a smooth handover transition with a dedicated point of contact after handover, the development of commissioning and training plan and regular visits from our team in the months after practical completion.

Our Building Services Maintenance team provides a complete range of technical facilities and maintenance services including building maintenance, design and build projects, air-conditioning and building energy management systems offering a national service across regional offices.
