The Combined Energy Solutions division of the Briggs and Forrester Group achieve certification for the BS OHSAS (Occupational Health & Safety Management) 18000:2007, helping the disvision to achieve the best possible working conditions, aligned to internationally recognised best practice.
The Low Energy Consultancy (LEC Ltd) division of the Briggs and Forrester Group is created.

Celebrating the 70th anniversary in 2017, the Briggs and Forrester Group launches the Briggs and Forrester Foundation. Briggs and Forrester has a long history of supporting the local causes that mean the most to our employees.

Our apprentice Curtis Castledine won the Apprentice of the Year (21 and Under) Award at the H&V News Awards in 2017.

This award recognises Briggs & Forrester as one of the industry’s best companies to work for and the best firms to do business with.

The Briggs & Forrester Group were made a corporate member of the Worshipful Company of Plumbers, one of the most ancient of the livery companies of the City of London.

The ‘Growth’ award recognises a Supply Chain Partner who works closely with Willmott Dixon throughout the preconstruction and build process to create, protect and improve margins.

LEC announce they have become an accredited Continuing Professional Development (CPD) provider, having achieved CPD status.

The Briggs & Forrester Group has showcased its commitment to developing its people by joining The 5% Club, an industry led initiative focused on driving momentum into the recruitment of apprentices, graduates and sponsored students.

The Briggs and Forrester Group has been awarded the Greener Path Award for ‘Zero Waste to Landfill’ from ACM Environmental PLC for the third year running.

Last month was the 11th Annual Briggs & Forrester Supply Chain Event 2018 at the Hilton Metropole in Birmingham. Over 320 people were in attendance, to hear the latest updates from the Briggs & Forrester Group CEO, Paul Burton and the senior management team.

Their fundraising efforts included Dress Down Friday’s, Birmingham half marathon, a charity football match and a charity Golf Day which raised an impressive £10,000!
