The Role: 
The role is a fast paced role supporting both the tender submission and marketing requirements for the region. This includes the production of tender documents, presentations and brochures carried out using the In-Design software package and this is a key part of the role and therefore ideally some experience in Business Marketing or the production of brochures or graphical design is a preference. This position is perfect for someone who can manage their time and workload effectively and is both creative and analytical. You will have the ability to learn new skills quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment, be good at prioritising effectively and be able to manage multiple deadlines. Main duties include: - Producing tender submission documents utilising Indesign/Adobe suite - Producing bid content for tender submission documents (Structure charts, CV’s, project profiles, question responses etc.). - Produce bid folder content and engage external companies to assist in bid document production/marketing content (such as hobs for bid folders, marketing banners etc) - Completing tender document registers/filing of tender enquiries received. - Producing press releases of project wins/updates (and obtaining approval from clients) - Producing new project profiles for schemes secured/delivered by BFES - Creating and updating CV’s (including photos) for all midlands staff, including new starters - Obtain images of projects and upload them onto Open Asset for future bid content etc. - Completing PQQ’s and creating/updating PQQ library - Produce marketing material for social media/assist national marketing manager with content - Compile and create news letters/Nicholls Newsround content - Attend social value/charity meetings and provide marketing material - Organise and arrange events such as golf days, drinks evenings, client entertainment - General admin to support pre construction team
Requirements: 
Experience in InDesign, Photoshop and Microsoft Office Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Able to work under own initiative English grammar and literacy Marketing experience is preferable
