The Role: 
Briggs & Forrester Group are looking to expand their current IT Support team with a Group IT Helpdesk Analyst, with proven experience in all areas of first line support, troubleshooting over the phone and diagnosing a variety of problems using remote tools. The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate evidence of these experiences. The Group IT Helpdesk Analyst role will include supporting 1000 users over 10 regional offices with up to 50+ remote sites. They will provide effective call logging, triaging and escalation as appropriate. The role is based in the Northampton head office. They will be dealing with users via phone, remote support and face to face while providing a friendly, professional, supportive, and positive experience for our users. Whilst also ensuring all incidents and requests are resolved in line with agreed service levels.
Requirements: 
• Min 2 years’ experience installing, configuring and maintaining desktops, printers and network support. • Excellent experience with Microsoft Technologies (Win 10/11, 2012, 2016, Office 2013 - 2016, MS Office 365, Exchange Online) • An understanding of network terminologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.) • Experience of supporting hardware, software, applications, networking and telephony issues. • Active Directory administration experience Additionally, excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential, software and hardware. The ability to learn new skills quickly is necessary. Working in a small but very busy department and must be good at working in a close knit team. Package:
