The Role: 
Briggs & Forrester Group are looking to expand their current IT Support team with a Group IT Systems Administrator, with proven experience in, Windows Server, VMware, Exchange, Networks, Active Directory. The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate evidence of these experiences. The Group IT Systems Administrator role will include supporting 1000 users over 10 regional offices with up to 50+ remote sites. They will also be involved in all stages of project work. The role is based in the Northampton head office. The ideal individual will ensure that the Group’s network infrastructure and associated systems run smoothy, perform within agreed targets and provide a secure platform for the Group’s business operations. They will also investigate and recommend new technologies while acting as an IT specialist when the Group needs to find solutions to complex technical issues.
Requirements: 
To be considered for the role of Group IT Systems Administrator, they must have:- • Min 5 years previous technical support experience of servers and network infrastructure (Comprehensive TCP/IP understanding, Firewalls, Routers, Switches) • Excellent experience with Microsoft Technologies (Win 10/11, 2012, 2016, Office 2013 - 2016, MS O365, Exchange Online, Intune, Teams/SharePoint) Additionally, excellent communication and problem solving skills are essential, software and hardware. The ability to learn new skills quickly is necessary. Working in a small but very busy department and must be good at working in a close knit team. Essential skills: - • Networking LAN and WAN, 4G, Switches, VLANS and Routers. • Windows Server 2016 installation, configuration and maintenance. • Active directory/Azure AD Hybrid administration. • Exchange online administration. • Solid Network Design and installation/support experience. • Windows desktop support experience including server and client hardware. Highly desirable: - • Wi-Fi (HP/Aruba) • HP Network Switches • VoIP (Mitel) • WatchGuard/CradlePoint Firewalls (VPN) • Veritas Enterprise Vault • HP Network Switches • MS PowerShell • VMware VSphere. • Veeam • Nutanix • MS Office 365 Administration • MS Intune
