The Role: 
Reporting to the Group Regional Health, Safety Manager we wish to appoint a Group Health and Safety Advisor to enable further growth of our successful HSEQ team. The successful candidates shall be responsible for the production of detailed Health and Safety Inspection reports resulting from site inspections. In addition the roles shall also include but will not be limited to • Giving sound H&S advice to all sectors of the business in relation to the requirements under B&F policies and procedures. • Carrying out Health and Safety Inductions • Attending Health and Safety meetings as required • Interface with B&F staff at all levels throughout all our divisions including that of both our existing and prospective clients.
Requirements: 
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a health and safety advisor in the construction industry • As a minimum candidates will be qualified with NEBOSH General and Construction Certificates or the equivalent NVQ level. • Being a member of IOSH or IIRSM any other recognised safety institute, including holding an Environmental Qualification would be a huge advantage. • Candidates should hold a valid CSCS Card as a minimum and ideally hold PASMA, IPAF licences, however these are not essential as training can be provided. • Comprehensive knowledge in all aspects of health and safety relating to the construction and engineering industry including up to date knowledge of current health and safety legislations. • Flexible approach to health and safety issues and willing to travel. • Computer literate with experience of Word, Excel and Outlook • Willing and able to work as part of a team or under their own initiative with the necessary skills to promote good relationships and a friendly working environment.
