Briggs and Forrester Group are a circa £250m turnover MEP contracting business operating nationally across most sectors including commercial, residential, health, education and industrial. With a long history and an established client base, the business has a strong reputation within its market and exciting growth plans for the future. Working closely with the Group Recruitment Manager, your role will involve sourcing prospective candidates for the four core businesses that comprise the Group – Engineering Services, Living, Special Projects and Combined Energy Solutions. Utilising social media, online advertising and a number of other sources, you will aim to attract the best possible talent to the business. Key duties and responsibilities will include: • Producing advertising copy for online advertising of key roles within the Group • Conducting telephone and face-to-face interviews with candidates • Liaising with key members of the Group management team to ascertain requirements • Using social media tools such as Linked In and Twitter to attract and source prospective candidates • Producing internal databases of candidates using Microsoft Excel and other internal systems • Working closely with the Group Recruitment Manager on matters involving Group recruitment strategy
• Ideally some form of Higher/Further Education qualification • Some form of telesales/client-facing experience • A good level of I.T literacy and strong organisation skills • A desire to embrace training and development and progress within a business This is an exciting opportunity to work for a market leading business and progress your career.
